- The operating airline and every flight segment
- Animal type, age and total carrier dimensions
- Origin, destination and travel date
- Whether the ticket is new or already issued
Rule information and booking assistance are different
A booking telephone cannot confirm a pet policy unless the provider explicitly offers that service. Use the airline's verified channel for pet acceptance and space.
An independent booking provider may help only with a new booking, a flight change or a cancellation covered by its offer. It is not the airline's baggage, pet, check-in or customer-service department.
