How booking assistance works
On eligible booking, flight-change and cancellation pages, a telephone number may connect you with an independent third-party travel service. Flight Help may receive compensation for a connected or qualified call. The disclosure beside the number states that the service is independent, is not the airline and may charge service fees.
Know who is selling the ticket
The travel service answering a call may vary with the selected airline and request. Before sharing personal or payment information, ask the agent for the legal name of the business, its role in the transaction, the full price and the applicable change, cancellation and refund terms.
What is available now
A phone appears only after the selected airline and exact commercial action match a current eligible offer. We do not substitute a booking number for baggage claims, pet-policy questions, check-in, loyalty, refund status or general airline customer service.
Information stays independent
Commercial results cannot create an airline rule, change passenger-rights information or influence which airline appears better in a comparison.
